Oz DAFNE has been approached by Dr Goh, Singapore General Hospital to provide DAFNE training. Dr Goh, who previously studied in Australia, submitted the request and in November 2010 Singapore General are sending Dr Goh, a dietitian and a nurse/diabetes educator to commence their training. Di Harvey of Oz DAFNE commented that they are all very excited to have this opportunity to deliver the training to the team from Singapore.
Oz DAFNE have also just trained their first 2 centers in New South Wales which now makes DAFNE a truly national program!! By the end of 2010 there will be 19 accredited centres in Australia.
